Malaysia Tourist Visa Requirements

Submission place: House No. 19, Road No. 6, Baridhara, Dhaka 1212.

Submission time: 8.45 am to 10.30 pm (Sunday to Thursday)

Delivery time: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)

How many days need to issue visa: Processing the application may take up to 7-10 working days.

Embassy fees & Service Charge:  BDT 6200/ (Per Person)

(All other expenses like Notary, Translate, Valuation, Photocopy & Other will pay separately).

Common Documents:

1. A valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for 7 months.
2. Two color photographs (3.5×5.0mm) taken within 6 months. (No sun glass, cap or hijab & Ear must be visible)
3. Most recent Bank certificate with seal and signature by the bank.
4. Bank Statement with minimum balance of BDT 80,000 for the last 6 months with original seal and signature by the bank.
5. Visiting card.
6. Forwarding letter.

For a Business person:

1. Updated Trade License copy with English translated and notarized.
2. Memorandum, article of association in case of limited company.
3. Company blank pad for introduction letter.

For Job holder:

1. Leave letter from office/NOC or GO
2. Job ID card copy (if available)

For Student:

1. Student ID card copy
2. Leave letter from institution (if available)

Other documents:

• Retired documents for retired person.
• GD copy in case of lost passport.
• Marriage certificate copy if spouse name is not mention in passport.

For Group visa:

1. A group letter from sponsor company
2. Bank Statement & Bank certificate of sponsor company.
3. Updated Trade License copy and renew page with notary & translate
4. Tin or Tax certificate copy

Additional documents for accompanying family members: (a). Marriage certificate & Nikah Nama (for Spouse). (b). National ID card copy for self, spouse and, Birth Certificate copy (for Children). (c). Leave Grant letter (if available) from school along with ID card photocopy should be provided in case of students. (D) Company pad & visiting card (if business)
